Devashish Sharma is the Founding Member and President at Taggd. Under his leadership, Taggd has achieved consistent year-on-year growth since its inception.
A strong advocate of leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making in HR, Devashish has been instrumental in steering the team to create digital recruitment success stories, establishing Taggd as a prominent center of excellence in the field of recruitment.
With over 31 years of experience, Devashish has led organizational transformations, driven new projects, managed multi-geography initiatives, and overseen knowledge process outsourcing. Prior to Taggd, he held key positions at PeopleStrong, where he played a pivotal role as a founding member and contributed significantly to the company’s success. Additionally, he brings valuable entrepreneurial experience from his previous venture, JustFares India.
Devashish holds an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a Master’s in Aviation Management from IATA’s Management Institute in Geneva.
He closely follows and speaks about the trends shaping the world of work and jobs and is a frequent speaker at various national and international forums.
