Anshuman Srivastava is the Chief Customer Success Officer at Taggd, bringing over two decades of experience in recruitment across sectors such as Automotive, Manufacturing, and Heavy Engineering, among others. He has been an integral part of Taggd for more than eight years.
In his current role, Anshuman leads Taggd’s recruitment outsourcing partnerships, ensuring client success through operational excellence, transformation, and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in driving strong client relationships and delivering consistent business impact.
Before joining Taggd, Anshuman held key roles at Randstad and Asian Paints, where he managed diverse responsibilities across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and organizational capability building through outsourcing solutions.
He holds an MBA in Management and further enriched his business acumen by completing an Executive Development Programme in Business Management from IIM Bangalore.
