GCCs hired around 24,000 veterans in FY24, compared to 10,000 a decade ago, says&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sharmadevashish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Devashish Sharma<\/a>, CEO of recruitment firm Taggd. In fact, companies like Amazon, AT&amp;T, Wells Fargo, Carelon Global Solutions, and Deutsche Bank, among others, have dedicated programmes to hire ex-servicemen. While they have traditionally been onboarded in areas such as facilities management or HR, GCCs will hire veterans for more senior and higher functional roles, says&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kedar-pathak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kedar Pathak<\/a>, a talent specialist at staffing firm Xpheno.
