Storylane aimed to improve SQLs and capture enterprise-level leads. PipeRocket addressed this by developing scalable, focused ad campaigns on Google and LinkedIn. We carefully analyzed performances, pausing underperforming campaigns and reallocating budgets to campaigns delivering the best-matched leads.

By reviewing actual search queries triggering Storylane's ads, we identified and added irrelevant or non-converting terms to the "negative keywords" list. This reduced wasted ad spend and improved the relevance and efficiency of our campaigns.
A strategy created to maximize ROI resulted in Storylane’s business growing by 2.5X over the quarter. While keeping the per SQL cost constant (between $740 -$760), PipeRocket’s strategy drove a 25% rise in SQLs (from 55 to 69) between Aug 24 and Nov 24.
