Careers
Work at PipeRocket Digital. We hire senior B2B SaaS marketing operators across SEO, PPC, AEO/GEO, ABM, content, and RevOps from our New York and Bangalore teams.
A small team of senior B2B SaaS operators
PipeRocket Digital is a B2B SaaS marketing agency founded in 2020 with teams in New York and Bangalore. We hire senior practitioners who have already shipped pipeline programmes inside SaaS companies, not generalists who learn on the job. If you have spent five-plus years inside B2B SaaS marketing and you want to do the work, not manage the work, the rest of this page is for you.
We have shipped programmes for 70+ SaaS companies including Storylane, HyperVerge, Spendflo, MetricStream, Goldcast, and SaaS Labs. The work spans SaaS SEO, SaaS PPC, AEO/GEO, ABM, programmatic SEO, and content. Every engagement is led by a senior practitioner. Junior support sits underneath the senior, never in front of the client.
Who we hire
We hire across six practice areas. The role titles vary by level; the disciplines do not.
1. SaaS SEO
People who have owned organic pipeline at a B2B SaaS company through at least one full content cycle. You understand keyword intent at the buyer-stage level, you have shipped programmatic SEO at scale, and you know what a real link looks like versus what a vanity link looks like. You can read a Google Search Console export and tell us, in 10 minutes, where the next 50 percent of organic pipeline is hiding.
2. SaaS PPC
People who have managed at least USD 50K per month in B2B SaaS paid spend, end-to-end, across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta. You think in CPL, MQL, SQL, and CAC payback, not in CTR and CPC. You can sit across from a CFO and defend why we are still spending on a campaign in week six when the pipeline numbers have not landed yet.
3. AEO / GEO and AI search
People who can map the way ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude actually answer SaaS buying questions today, and back-engineer content, schema, and link strategies that win those answers. This is a new practice area at PipeRocket and it grows quickly.
4. ABM and demand generation
People who have run a real account-based programme, not a list of named accounts with a generic email sequence on top. You can build a target account list with the sales team, score it, and ship campaigns that influence pipeline at the named-account level inside a CRM.
5. Content and editorial
People who can write a 2,500-word piece on RevOps, identity verification, or SOC 2 compliance without using a single AI cliche. You have either operated inside a B2B SaaS company or interviewed enough operators that you can interview ours without a pre-built question list. We do not hire generalist content writers. We hire SaaS operators who can write.
6. RevOps and analytics
People who can stitch GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, and a self-serve product analytics tool into one attribution view that a CFO trusts. You can build dashboards that get used in board meetings, not dashboards that get screenshotted and forgotten.
How we work
A few things are true about every role at PipeRocket. They shape what makes a great fit.
- Practitioners, not managers. Everyone on the team does the work. Senior roles include strategy and account ownership, but the actual SEO audit, ad build, content brief, or attribution model is shipped by the person who owns the engagement.
- One named owner per engagement. No pods of five passing slides between them. Each client has a senior operator they speak to every week, and that operator is accountable for the numbers.
- Remote by default, in-office when it matters. We have anchor offices in New York and Bangalore. Most days are remote. Quarterly on-sites for client kick-offs, planning, and the occasional client visit are non-negotiable.
- Written communication first. We default to Loom, Notion, and Slack. Meetings need an agenda and a written outcome. If a meeting could be a doc, it is a doc.
- Direct feedback. We tell each other what is working and what is not, in writing and in 1:1s. We do not let problems compound through “fit” conversations months later.
Compensation and benefits
We pay at the upper end of the senior-IC band for both the US and India markets. Compensation includes a base, a performance bonus tied to client outcomes (not utilisation hours), and equity for senior team members once tenure milestones are reached. We do not anchor pay to last role; we anchor it to the work this role does at PipeRocket.
Benefits vary slightly by geography but include health cover for the employee and immediate dependents, an annual learning and conference budget, a home-office stipend, and a paid time-off policy that has a floor (a minimum number of days you must take per year), not a cap.
Current openings
We hire in waves, usually tied to two or three new client engagements landing inside a quarter. When a wave is open the named roles below appear here. When it is not, the roles are absent and we are not actively interviewing, but we still read every inbound note for the talent pool.
As of May 2026, active roles are:
- Senior SaaS SEO Strategist. Bangalore or remote India. Five-plus years in B2B SaaS organic. Apply if you can audit a SaaS site, build a 12-month content and link plan, and ship the first 90 days within four weeks of joining.
- Senior SaaS PPC Manager. New York or remote US. Five-plus years managing B2B SaaS paid, USD 50K-plus monthly spend, full-funnel ownership from creative brief to pipeline reporting.
- AEO/GEO Practitioner. Remote, any timezone overlap with US Eastern. Three-plus years in technical SEO or content strategy, plus demonstrable work on AI-search visibility (citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews).
- Senior Content Writer, SaaS. Remote, any timezone overlap with US Eastern. Portfolio of 10-plus published pieces on B2B SaaS topics with quoted SaaS operators.
If a role you would expect to see here is not listed, we are not actively hiring for it this quarter. You can still apply to the talent pool below.
How to apply
Send a short note to careers@piperocket.digital with:
- The role title (or the practice area, if you are applying to the talent pool).
- A two-line summary of the most recent B2B SaaS programme you owned end-to-end, including the outcome.
- A link to your LinkedIn or a portfolio.
- Your earliest available start date and your geography.
We respond to every active-role application within five business days, either with a call invitation or a clear “not a fit for this role” with reasons. Talent-pool notes go into a quarterly review and we reach out when the next wave opens.
We do not require a cover letter. We do not run unpaid take-home assignments longer than two hours. The interview loop is four conversations: an intro, a craft conversation with the practice lead, a paid trial project on a sanitised version of a real client problem, and a final conversation with one of the co-founders.
Equal opportunity
PipeRocket Digital is an equal-opportunity employer. We hire on the strength of the work and the fit with the team. We do not discriminate on race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status. If you need an accommodation during the interview process, mention it in your application and we will work it out before the first call.
