Adzooma is a PPC audit and management platform for Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads, still owned and sold by its original company, ClickTech. Its 4.0 to 4.3 B2B scores and Trustpilot’s 3.1 both predate a 2023 to 2024 feature reduction the vendor itself describes, so almost none of the review corpus reflects the current product.
Adzooma Review Overview
- G2: 4.3/5, 18 reviews, dated October 2020 to June 2023: small B2B sample, 7 of 18 reviews labeled incentivized/G2-invite, nothing since June 2023.
- Capterra, GetApp & Software Advice: 4.0/5, 22 reviews: one Gartner Digital Markets pool republished across all three sites (identical 13-4-0-2-3 star distribution); reviews cluster 2019 to 2021; all three sites disclose a referral fee for vendor clicks.
- TrustRadius: 8.2/10, 29 ratings but only 3 written reviews, dated 2020, 2021 and October 2025: all three written reviews are labeled incentivized.
- Trustpilot: 3.1/5, 184 reviews: consumer-facing, unsolicited, but the platform itself flags “no recent history of asking for reviews” and only 1 review in the last 12 months.

Is Adzooma Still Around?
Yes. adzooma.com resolves directly to a live marketing site with an active pricing page and signup flow, and there was no third-party acquisition: Adzooma has always been the consumer-facing brand of ClickTech (legal entity Clicktech Solutions Ltd. t/a Adzooma), per the vendor’s own About page.
That same About page confirms something more relevant to the scores above: throughout 2023 the company focused on “eliminating less-used features, reducing technical overhead, and improving overall functionality,” culminating in what it calls the “streamlined” Adzooma relaunch in January 2024. Of the six review platforms in this roster, only TrustRadius (one of three written reviews, October 2025) and Trustpilot (one review in the last 12 months) carry any content from after that relaunch. The G2 sample and the entire Capterra/GetApp/Software Advice pool predate it entirely. Read the 4.0 to 4.3 scores as describing an earlier, broader version of the product, not the one sold today.
What Users Say About Adzooma
Praise clusters around consolidating multiple ad platforms into one dashboard and time saved on bid management; pushback clusters around billing and cancellation, corroborated across two independent platforms.
G2 (4.3/5, 18 reviews, October 2020 to June 2023)
Seven of the eighteen G2 reviews are labeled incentivized or sourced from a G2 invite.
What users praise
- Intuitive interface and automation that saves time on ad scheduling and bid management
- Real-time analysis across ad channels
- Support described as responsive
Where users push back
- Some tasks still require going back to the native ad platform itself
- G2’s own review summary flags Meta/Facebook integration as an area users want improved
“Adzooma’s interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use effectively. With its automation features, I’ve saved valuable time on tasks like ad scheduling and bid management, allowing me to focus on other important aspects of my business.”
- Mantas M., Marketing Team Lead, Small-Business, G2 (https://www.g2.com/products/adzooma/reviews )
Capterra, GetApp & Software Advice (4.0/5, 22 reviews, one shared pool)
Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice all show the identical 22-review sample with a matching 13-4-0-2-3 star distribution and matching sub-scores. This is one underlying dataset republished across three Gartner Digital Markets properties, not three independent corroborations. Reviews cluster from July 2019 to June 2021. All three sites disclose they may earn a referral fee on vendor clicks; whether individual reviews were incentive-gifted was not independently machine-checked.
What users praise
- Ease of use, reflected in a 4.5 sub-score on both Capterra and Software Advice
- Time saved consolidating multiple client PPC accounts into one view
Where users push back
- Billing and cancellation disputes: two separate 2020 reviews describe continued charges after a cancellation request and a refused refund
- One 2020 review references a now-unclear “Adzooma Marketplace” agency-lead product with a negative-option billing complaint; whether that product survives the 2024 relaunch is unverified
“I’ve saved £100’s across my client’s accounts in just over a month and also halfed the amount of time needed to manage them too which free’s me up to spend more time investigating and testing on their behalf.”
- Philip B, Marketing Strategist, self-employed, Capterra (https://www.capterra.com/p/188236/Adzooma/reviews/ )
“Weeks after supposedly cancelling my subscription, they still continue charging my card - and they won’t let me remove my credit card from my account.”
- Alexander V, Managing Director, Capterra (https://www.capterra.com/p/188236/Adzooma/reviews/ )
TrustRadius (8.2/10, 29 ratings, 3 written reviews, 2020/2021/2025)
The 29-review headline is not directly comparable to other platforms’ counts: only 3 of the 29 are visible written reviews, the rest are ratings-only. All three written reviews are labeled incentivized.
What users praise
- Consolidating multiple paid search platforms into one place, cited as a time and cost saver
Where users push back
- Data pulled from accounts not always accurate; described as buggy or slow when switching accounts
- Onboarding described as needing improvement
“Its a great tool, for businesses and agencies, that are managing more than 2 PPC ad platforms.”
- Verified User, Professional in Marketing, TrustRadius (https://www.trustradius.com/products/adzooma/reviews )
Trustpilot (3.1/5, 184 reviews)
Trustpilot itself flags this sample as under-solicited: the page states “no recent history of asking for reviews” and only 1 review has landed in the last 12 months, so the 184-review base is a historical record rather than a current signal. Trustpilot’s own displayed star breakdown (86% five-star) does not arithmetically match the 3.1 average shown; both figures are reported here as displayed.
What users praise
- Support for Microsoft Ads described as helpful and responsive
Where users push back
- No free trial, requiring upfront payment before seeing the dashboard, with a refund refused after a two-day cancellation request
- Company described as not replying to negative reviews
“The lack of a free trial forces you to pay upfront just to see the dashboard. When I realized the tool didn’t add value and requested a cancellation within two days, they refused a refund.”
- Korhan Bayraktar, customer, Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/adzooma.com )
Where the Review Platforms Disagree
There is roughly a full point of gap on a 5-point scale between the B2B cluster (G2 4.3, the Gartner pool at 4.0, TrustRadius’s 8.2/10 which sits around 4.1/5) and Trustpilot’s 3.1 across 184 reviews. Part of this is sample type: Trustpilot is open to any consumer and several of its lowest-rated reviews are billing disputes, while the B2B platforms include incentivized and referral-linked samples that skew more favorable. But staleness compounds the gap rather than explaining it away: the higher-scoring platforms are also the older ones, with G2 and the Gartner pool carrying nothing dated after June 2023, before the vendor’s own January 2024 product relaunch. Neither figure should be read as the “true” current rating; both describe a product Adzooma says it has since changed.
Adzooma Pricing
Read live from adzooma.com/pricing on 2026-09-04. The page displays prices with a bare “$” symbol, with no currency label and no currency switcher found anywhere on the page, so the currency a US or UK buyer is actually charged is not confirmed by this listing.
- Free: $0/month: monthly PPC performance reports, monthly opportunity analysis, 1 SEO profile, 1 Web Metrics profile, unlimited connected ad accounts, 3 PPC alerts, 1 user seat.
- Silver (marked “RECOMMENDED”): $69/month: weekly reports and analysis, 5 SEO profiles, 5 Web Metrics profiles, 10 PPC alerts, custom alerts, unlimited user seats, priority support.

A monthly/annual toggle on the pricing page advertises a 20% discount for annual billing; the figures above are the standing monthly list prices. No credit card is required to sign up for the free plan.
Adzooma as a Vendor: Stability Signals
| Source | Score | Reviews | Last checked |

| Glassdoor | 3.5/5 | 38 employee reviews | 2026-09-04 |
| Comparably | Not verified (page blocked) | N/A access denied on two attempts | 2026-09-04 |
Glassdoor shows Adzooma’s employer profile at 3.5/5 across 38 reviews, with 58% of reviewers saying they would recommend the company to a friend. A former Business Development Manager, in a review dated September 2024, described a “lack of direction” selling a marketplace product, customer complaints once it sold, and being placed on furlough after weeks of role-play training, with “barely any communication from the owners of the company.” That account lines up with the same troubled “Adzooma Marketplace” product a Capterra reviewer separately complained about on the client side in 2020, an alignment between two separately sourced observations, not proof of a single cause. Comparably was blocked on two spaced attempts and could not be read; Indeed was not checked this session.
Do You Need the Tool or the Outcome?
A PPC audit and management platform like Adzooma is built to be run by someone who already knows what to do with the data it surfaces. The license itself is inexpensive next to the cost of the strategist hours needed to interpret automated recommendations, catch what the tool misses across Google, Microsoft and Meta, and act on it every week. PipeRocket is a B2B SaaS marketing agency, and clients who bring us a tool subscription are usually trying to buy back that time, not add another dashboard to check.
PipeRocket Digital is a B2B SaaS marketing agency working with 70+ B2B SaaS clients, including Storylane, Spendflo and HyperVerge, through a senior-led pod with no junior handoff, reporting pipeline metrics including MQLs, CAC and pipeline value from week four.
