Factors.ai is a B2B ABM and attribution platform. Its largest, mostly organic sample (G2, 4.5/5 across 220 reviews) sits below its highest score (4.8/5 on Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice), a 20-review pool that Software Advice’s own labels show is mostly vendor-referred or incentivized.
Factors.ai Review Overview
- G2: 4.5/5 across 220 reviews, checked September 2026, largely organic sample with several 2026 reviews labeled “Incentivized” or “Seller invite.”
- Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice: 4.8/5 across 20 reviews, checked September 2026, one Gartner Digital Markets pool republished three times, and Software Advice’s own disclosure labels show 8 of the 10 visible reviews as vendor-referred or incentivized.
- TrustRadius: 9.3/10 claimed across 16 reviews, checked September 2026, only 3 review bodies actually rendered, and all 3 are labeled “Incentivized.”
- Trustpilot: 3.7/5 on a single review, checked September 2026, unclaimed profile with no history of soliciting reviews, too small a sample to compare.

What Users Say About Factors.ai
Reviewers across every readable platform consistently praise account-level de-anonymization and LinkedIn ad attribution. Pushback centers on CRM sync delays and dashboard flexibility, a real concern for a tool whose core promise is data accuracy.
G2: 4.5/5 (220 reviews, checked September 2026)
G2 carries the largest sample here, and it is mixed: older and mid-period reviews are marked “Source: Organic,” while several 2026-dated reviews are explicitly tagged “Incentivized,” “Seller invite” or “G2 invite on behalf of seller.”
What users praise:
- Identifying anonymous website visitors at the account level before form-fill
- LinkedIn Ads attribution and campaign-level engagement visibility
- Responsive, hands-on customer support and named CSM relationships
Where users push back:
- Learning curve and UI complexity for new users
- HubSpot and Salesforce sync delays, with deal property values not updating for 2-3 days
- Reporting customization and default dashboard flexibility gaps
- Raw S3 data export requiring custom engineering, with no native warehouse connector
“One downside we’re seeing is on the reporting side. They should improve the attributed reports, and having better default reports would really help our marketing team. We’re also experiencing some delays with the HubSpot-to-Factors sync: deal property values sometimes don’t update in Factors, even after 2-3 working days.”
- Muthukumar A., Lead Performance Marketer, Mid-Market (51-1000 employees) (G2 )
Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice: 4.8/5 (20 reviews, checked September 2026)
These are one review pool, not three. Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice are all Gartner Digital Markets properties, and this listing is identical across all three: same 4.8 rating, same 20-review count, and the same reviewer names, dates and quotes. Treat this as a single sample republished three times, not three independent corroborations. Software Advice uniquely publishes solicitation labels on each review, and of the 10 with a visible label, 8 read “Vendor-referred” or “Incentivized”; only 2 read “Organic.” Nineteen of the 20 reviews date from 2021-2022, with only one review from 2026, so this score is carried by a stale sample.
What users praise:
- Unsampled, accurate web analytics compared with Google Analytics sampling issues
- Multi-touch attribution modeling flexibility
- Strong onboarding and customer support
Where users push back:
- Slow data loading on larger datasets
- UI and visualization polish
- Limited third-party integrations for early-stage customers
“Having a very good experience with the platform and the team. I could see good improvements in the product and data sanctity from the day we started.”
- Krubakar M., Head of Analytics, Media Production (Capterra )
TrustRadius: 9.3/10 claimed across 16 reviews, 3 readable (checked September 2026)
TrustRadius shows a 9.3/10 score attached to “16 Reviews and Ratings,” but only 3 review bodies actually render in the page. Report this figure only with that caveat; it cannot stand beside a fully readable sample as a peer. All 3 readable reviews are explicitly labeled “Incentivized.”
What users praise:
- Helpful tracking and identification of anonymous visitors
- Rich data granularity and frequent feature releases
Where users push back:
- Google Ads integration gap
- Dashboards that cannot be shared with other team members
- Platform speed and UI/UX polish
Trustpilot: 3.7/5 on 1 review (checked September 2026)
Trustpilot lists Factors.ai as an unclaimed profile with “no history of asking for reviews,” and only one review exists. This is not a usable sample size and is reported here for completeness, not as a comparable score.
Where the Review Platforms Disagree
Factors.ai’s platforms disagree in an inverted way: the highest score sits on the smallest, most solicited sample, and the lower score sits on the largest, mostly organic one. G2’s 220-review sample, largely organic with recent incentivized reviews mixed in, reads 4.5/5.
The Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice pool, 80% vendor-referred or incentivized by Software Advice’s own labels, reads 4.8/5 on just 20 reviews. Soliciting reviews is a normal vendor practice, and the point isn’t that anything improper happened, it’s that a reader who sees 4.8 and assumes it’s the stronger signal has the sample sizes and solicitation rates backwards. TrustRadius’s 9.3/10 is also fully incentivized on every review body that could actually be read. Trustpilot’s single review is too small to compare against any of the above.
Factors.ai Pricing
Read at factors.ai/pricing on September 4, 2026, in USD with no locale switcher or voucher parameters detected:
- Lite: Free trial, then $199/mo. Includes company identification on website visits, traffic analysis, and Slack/MS Teams alerts.
- Basic: $6,000/year. Adds unmasking 75%+ of visiting companies, firmographic segmentation, LinkedIn Ads influence tracking, up to 50 reports, and CRM sync.
- Growth (marked “Most popular”): $20,000/year. Adds full buyer-journey visibility, custom account scoring, G2 buyer-journey signals, and advanced ABM analytics.
- Enterprise: $30,000+/year, sales-gated. Adds predictive account scoring, LinkedIn impression control, and dynamic ad-platform audience sync.
GetApp and Software Advice both list the Growth tier starting price as $15,000/year, a disagreement with the vendor’s own current $20,000/year figure that this page does not reconcile. The identical wrong figure appearing on both directory properties is consistent with one stale number republished through their shared pool, rather than two independent errors.
Factors.ai as a Vendor: Stability Signals
Glassdoor’s profile for Factors.AI loaded directly at glassdoor.com/Overview/Working-at-Factors-AI-EI_IE7987205.11,21.htm, showing 4.6/5 across 12 ratings and a headquarters of Wilmington, United States, which matches the Delaware entity (Factors Inc., Wilmington, DE) named in the vendor’s own footer. Comparably returned “Access to this page has been denied” on two attempts and is reported as blocked, not absent. Indeed’s profile page returned a confirmed “Not Found,” meaning no employer profile exists there at all. No mentions of leadership churn, layoffs, acquisitions or ownership changes surfaced in any source that could be loaded, though that reflects an absence of accessible evidence rather than a confirmed clean record, given that Comparably was blocked throughout this check.

Do You Need the Tool or the Outcome?
Factors.ai promises to identify anonymous website visitors and attribute pipeline to campaigns, but a license alone does not do that work. Someone still has to wire it into your CRM, keep the integrations reconciled against sync delays, build the reports the platform doesn’t ship by default, and turn account-level signals into outreach that a sales team actually runs on. That is headcount, not software, and it is usually the larger line item next to a $20,000 annual contract. If your team is deciding between buying the platform and buying the outcome it’s meant to produce, that headcount question is worth answering first.
