Scrunch AI Reviews: What Users Actually Say (2026)

Scrunch AI Reviews: What Users Actually Say (2026)

Scrunch AI monitors brand visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity and other answer engines. Sitecore acquired the company on 3 June 2026. Client reviews sit at 4.6/5 across 73 G2 reviews, but every other review platform shows zero reviews or a blocked profile.

Scrunch AI Review Overview

  • G2: 4.6/5 on 73 reviews, checked September 2026, dated September 2025 to April 2026, no incentive labels found on the reviews read.
  • Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice: one shared Gartner Digital Markets pool, all three show zero reviews for the product.
  • TrustRadius: profile exists, zero reviews, checked September 2026.
  • Trustpilot: one review on an unclaimed profile; the page’s displayed 3.2 score does not reconcile with that single 1-star review.
  • Glassdoor (employer): 5.0/5 on only 2 reviews, too small to treat as a stable signal.
  • Indeed (employer): profile exists, zero employee reviews.
  • Comparably (employer): blocked on two attempts spaced apart, profile existence unknown.

What Users Say About Scrunch AI

G2 is the only platform in this sweep with a substantive review sample, so nearly everything below comes from it.

G2: 4.6/5 (73 reviews, checked September 2026)

Reviews sampled were labeled “Validated Reviewer,” “Source: Organic,” or “Source: Organic Review from User Profile.” No “Incentivized Review” or invite labels appeared among the reviews read, though not all 73 were rendered.

What users praise:

  • Control over how AI visibility is tracked, including curating custom prompts
  • Quality of insights and competitive citation data
  • Pricing seen as competitive against other AI-visibility tools tested
  • Customer support and onboarding

Where users push back:

  • Difficulty removing old tags from prompts no longer in use
  • Bugginess switching between GA4 properties, and the Site Maps section disconnecting the GA4 integration
  • Some features shipping to the API before reaching the UI

“The control it gives us over how we’re tracking our clients’ AI visibility is second-to-none. By curating our own prompts based on traditional search demand data, we can have confidence we’re seeing the closest-to-truth picture possible.”

  • Sarah S., Founder & Search-First Strategist, Small-Business (under 50 employees) (G2 )

“There has been some bugginess with the GA4 integration where I can’t easily switch between our two properties. The Site Maps section also disconnects the GA4 integration and I have re-enable it often (sic).”

  • Stephanie C., Sr. Website Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 employees) (G2 )

Every other client platform: no usable score

Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice all sit on the same Gartner Digital Markets pool, and that pool shows zero reviews for Scrunch AI, so this is one empty result, not three separate absences. TrustRadius also shows zero reviews, checked September 2026. Trustpilot carries a single, unsolicited review on an unclaimed profile; the page’s headline “3.2 Average” does not reconcile with the one 1-star review underneath it, so no score is published for Trustpilot. That single review raises a data-handling allegation that appears nowhere else in this research and is reported here only as an unverified, isolated complaint rather than a pattern.

Where the Review Platforms Disagree

There is no disagreement to report here because there is no second usable sample to disagree with. G2’s 4.6/5 across 73 reviews is the only substantive client-side rating for Scrunch AI. Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice, TrustRadius and Indeed all return zero reviews, and Trustpilot’s single review cannot produce a comparable score. A reader evaluating Scrunch AI on review evidence alone gets one platform’s view with no independent corroboration, which is a limitation of the available data rather than a conflict between sources.

Scrunch AI Pricing

Read directly from scrunch.com on 2026-09-04. Two published tiers, in USD:

  • Core: $250/mo. Gates 125 unique prompts, 5 site audits a month, 1 brand workspace, 5 user licenses, 4 supported LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AIO, Copilot), 1 country, 3 personas, 2 languages, 5 competitors and self-serve or email support only. A 7-day free trial is offered.
  • Enterprise: sales-gated, with no published figure. It unlocks custom prompt volume, the full Agent Experience Platform, complete site audits, custom brand workspaces and licenses, API access, coverage of 9 LLMs including Claude, Gemini, Meta AI and Grok, SSO, and a dedicated account team.

Capterra and Software Advice both list the same $250 flat rate per month, matching the vendor’s own page. A G2 vendor-supplied blurb carries a different, higher starting figure that does not match the vendor’s current pricing page, so that number is not reported here.

Scrunch AI as a Vendor: Stability Signals

The largest stability signal for Scrunch AI is the acquisition itself. Sitecore announced on 3 June 2026 that it had acquired Scrunch, confirmed at the vendor’s own blog and at Sitecore’s newsroom and PRNewswire release. The vendor states Scrunch will continue to operate as a standalone platform under Sitecore as its new “Seller,” a status now reflected on Scrunch AI’s own G2 listing. This means the G2 review sample cited above, dated September 2025 to April 2026, was collected almost entirely before the deal closed, so it reflects the pre-acquisition product and team rather than life under new ownership.

Employer-side data offers little additional signal. Glassdoor shows 5.0/5 on only 2 reviews, too small a sample to draw a conclusion from either way. Indeed shows zero employee reviews. Comparably was blocked on two attempts spaced apart, so its profile’s existence is unknown rather than confirmed absent. No layoff, leadership-churn or reviewer complaint about ownership treatment appeared anywhere in this research, separate from the Sitecore deal itself.

One unresolved discrepancy worth flagging to a buyer doing diligence: Indeed’s employer profile lists Scrunch’s headquarters as New York with under 10 employees, while other sourcing points to Salt Lake City with a larger, funded team. The two sources disagree and this research does not resolve which is correct.

Do You Need the Tool or the Outcome?

Scrunch AI can tell a team where its brand shows up across AI answer engines, and now does so as a Sitecore-owned product. A license is the cheap part of that work. Someone still has to read the citation data, decide what content and outreach actually move a brand’s standing in those answers, and execute it every month. PipeRocket is a B2B SaaS marketing agency that runs that work for 70+ B2B SaaS clients, including Storylane, Spendflo and HyperVerge, with a senior-led pod and no junior handoff, reporting MQLs, CAC and pipeline value from week four.
