SISTRIX Reviews: What Users Actually Say (2026)

SISTRIX Reviews: What Users Actually Say (2026)

SISTRIX is a German SEO visibility suite built around its Visibility Index. B2B platforms cluster around 4.4-4.5/5 from small samples of 14-20 reviews, while Trustpilot’s unsolicited German consumer sample sits at 2.6/5 from 11 reviews, a gap direction worth noting, not a precise figure.

SISTRIX Review Overview

  • G2: 4.4/5 on 20 reviews, checked September 2026, several reviews explicitly labeled “Incentivized/G2 invite.”
  • Capterra / GetApp / Software Advice: 4.5/5 on 14 reviews, one Gartner review pool republished three times, checked September 2026, individual reviews carry incentive labels on Capterra and Software Advice.
  • TrustRadius: no scored reviews rendered despite a claimed 7-review count, checked September 2026.
  • Trustpilot (sistrix.com): 2.6/5 on 11 reviews, unsolicited, checked September 2026.
  • Trustpilot (sistrix.de): a separate, empty listing with 0 reviews, checked September 2026.

What Users Say About SISTRIX

Reviewers across G2, Capterra and Software Advice credit the Visibility Index and DACH-region data depth as the core reason to buy, while pricing, a thinner backlink module and dated UI recur as complaints.

G2: 4.4/5 (20 reviews, checked September 2026)

Several reviews in this sample carry an explicit “Incentivized” label with “Source: G2 invite” (Gerry W., Dave p., Rafa L., Eugen B., Santiago M., Ellie B.); others are tagged “Source: Organic.” This is a mixed, partly solicited sample.

What users praise:

  • The Visibility Index as the core reason to use the tool: “the Sistrix Index is just perfect to get a good first impression” (Korbinian H.)
  • Long-term historical trend data and competitor comparison
  • API access and new AI/LLM visibility tracking features
  • Strength for DACH-region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) SEO work

Where users push back:

  • Pricing steep for freelancers and small businesses
  • Backlink database weaker than dedicated tools: “The backlink data is sadly one thing that is not as good for example in ahrefs or majestic seo” (Eugen B., CEO)
  • Dated or non-intuitive UI, rated 2.5/5 by one reviewer
  • Many features hidden behind multiple clicks; steep learning curve for non-SEO-literate users

This review is labeled Incentivized, Source: G2 invite, dated 11/17/2019.

“The most challenging thing is that so much power is hidden that you don’t know about, and the multiple clicks to download something is frustrating.”

  • Gerry W., SEO Consultant, Enterprise (>1000 emp.) (G2 )

Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice: 4.5/5 (14 reviews, checked September 2026)

These three listings carry the same underlying Gartner Digital Markets sample, not three independent samples: identical 4.5/5 rating, identical 14-review count, identical star distribution (5 stars 57%, 4 stars 36%, 3 stars 7%, 2 stars 0%, 1 star 0%), and verbatim shared reviews, including one that reads “From all available tools available out there, I will choose Sistrix” word for word on all three properties. Capterra and Software Advice label individual reviews as incentivized or organic; GetApp does not label its per-review incentive status even though it shares the same pool, and GetApp discloses it may earn a referral fee on click-throughs.

What users praise:

  • The Visibility Index for Google Core Update winner/loser analysis
  • More than 10 years of historic SEO data
  • DACH-region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) data quality
  • White-label agency reporting and keyword research ease

Where users push back:

  • Pricing high for agencies and mid-size companies: “the fees are more agencies and middle-size companies” (Javier G.)
  • Limited keyword tracking and API credits at bulk scale
  • Backlink module described as basic, “looks a scrape of the GSC links information” (Ryan B.)
  • UI needs modernizing; steep onboarding for beginners

This review was submitted September 2024, labeled Organic, no incentive offered.

“It’s a reliable tool and one of the many SEO tools we use and the data matches up with similar insights we see elsewhere.”

  • Ryan B., SEO Manager, Financial Services, 501-1000 employees (Software Advice )

A German-language quote from the same shared pool, reproduced verbatim and not translated: “Bestes Tool zum Benchmarking und sehr schneller Support” (Severin L., Geschäftsführer, Marketing and Advertising, Capterra, November 6, 2022).

TrustRadius: no scored reviews (checked September 2026)

TrustRadius’s summary line states “7 Reviews and Ratings” and its header displayed a “10 out of 10” figure, but the rendered review list showed zero visible entries after filtering, with no individual review bodies loading in the page HTML at read time. Because no individual review could be read or attributed, this page reports no TrustRadius score. An AI-generated community-insights summary on the page cites effective organic-visibility measurement, accurate data and customizable modular pricing, but this is a platform-generated summary, not a readable review, and no quote can be sourced from it.

Trustpilot (sistrix.com): 2.6/5 (“Poor,” 11 reviews, checked September 2026)

This is an unclaimed profile. Trustpilot’s own page notice states: “No history of asking for reviews. This company hasn’t invited their customers, so reviews may not be representative.” Star split: 5 stars 36%, 4 stars 9%, 3 stars 0%, 2 stars 0%, 1 star 55%. Four reviews were posted in the last 12 months. Most reviews are in German, with some French and one English-adjacent review.

What users praise:

  • The Visibility Index and DACH-region data quality, named by several reviewers

Where users push back:

  • Newsletter and marketing-email unsubscribe requests not honored, raised by more than one reviewer
  • Difficulty deleting an account, with one reviewer citing a GDPR/DSGVO compliance concern
  • A billing dispute describing being charged after requesting cancellation

“je leurs demande la resiliation immediate et surprise prelevement encore et annulation le mois d’apres…” (sic)

  • Glams, FR, 3 reviews (Trustpilot ), reviewed April 7/8, 2026

A German-language praise quote from the same profile, reproduced verbatim: “SISTRIX ist einfach das beste Tool für den DACH Raum bzw Europa” (Benjamin Rudloff, DE, 2 reviews, Trustpilot, November 4/8, 2024).

Trustpilot (sistrix.de): no reviews (checked September 2026)

A separate, unclaimed Trustpilot listing under “SISTRIX GmbH” exists for the sistrix.de domain with 0.0 score and zero reviews, zero in the last 12 months. This is a distinct listing from sistrix.com above and is not blended with it here.

Where the Review Platforms Disagree

G2, and the Capterra/GetApp/Software Advice pool, cluster at 4.4-4.5/5 from a professional, largely B2B reviewer base of agencies and in-house SEO practitioners, with several reviews explicitly labeled as solicited or incentivized. Trustpilot (sistrix.com) sits far lower at 2.6/5, from a small, unsolicited, largely German consumer and SMB sample concentrated on billing, cancellation and newsletter opt-out disputes.

That is roughly a 1.8 to 1.9-point gap in direction, but at 11 and 14 reviews respectively, a handful of ratings moves the number meaningfully on either side. The finding here is the direction of the gap, a solicited B2B sample scoring well above an unsolicited consumer-complaint sample, not its precise size.

Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice are one shared 14-review Gartner sample republished three times, not three independent corroborating sources, and should not be read as triangulation. TrustRadius offers no readable score at all, and its headline “10 out of 10” is unverifiable against zero rendered reviews, so it is not reported as a figure on this page.

GetApp and Software Advice both list a starting price of €100/month, which contradicts the vendor’s own current Start tier of €119/month, read September 2026. The vendor’s own pricing page is treated as authoritative here; the review-platform figure is stale.

SISTRIX as a Vendor: Stability Signals

Source Score Reviews Last checked
Glassdoor2.4/5 1 September 2026
ComparablyNot verified (page blocked) September 2026

Glassdoor rates SISTRIX 2.4/5 based on a single rating, with 10% saying they’d recommend it to a friend, checked September 2026. One review is not a usable sample size, and the score should not be read as representative. That single review, from a former employee with under a year of tenure (June 2025, titled “Big Sistrix is watching you”), describes heavy micromanagement and real-time employee monitoring through an in-house CRM, an unstable sales-commission structure changed mid-cycle, and inconsistent structured training. The same review separately praises the product itself as “a strong SEO solution” and cites a fully remote contract and good hardware as pros.

Comparably could not be verified. The profile page returned an access-denied response on three attempts spaced across the same session, checked September 2026. This is reported here as blocked, not as an absent profile.

Read alongside each other, this is a positive but very small B2B client signal on G2 (4.4/5, 20 reviews) sitting beside a single, directional employer data point on Glassdoor. That is a correlation worth noting between two separately sourced, small samples, not evidence that one caused the other.

Do You Need the Tool or the Outcome?

SISTRIX’s entry Start plan runs €119 a month, with Professional at €419 for agencies needing full data history and API access. That licence is the cheap part of doing SEO yourself; the expensive part is the headcount needed to run visibility tracking, competitor benchmarking and reporting inside it every week and turn the output into pipeline.
