Sitechecker Reviews: What Users Actually Say (2026)

Sitechecker Reviews: What Users Actually Say (2026)

Sitechecker is an SEO audit, rank-tracking and AI-visibility platform for agencies. G2 and Capterra both sit at 4.6/5, and Trustpilot sits close behind at 4.4/5, but Trustpilot’s complaints center on a grievance the B2B platforms never mention: unsolicited cold-email outreach.

Sitechecker Review Overview

  • G2: 4.6/5 on 128 reviews, checked September 2026, no incentive labels found on the sampled reviews.
  • Capterra: 4.6/5 on 365 reviews, checked September 2026, page JSON confirms a mix of unincentivized and gift-incentivized reviews.
  • Trustpilot: 4.4/5 on 106 reviews, checked September 2026; the platform itself flags “no recent history of asking for reviews,” so the sample skews older.
  • TrustRadius: no profile found, confirmed 404 at source, checked September 2026.
  • GetApp and Software Advice: could not be located at source; status unresolved (see below).

What Users Say About Sitechecker

Praise clusters around ease of use and GSC/GA4 integration on every platform that carries a real score. Pushback centers on pricing for smaller users on the B2B platforms, and on unsolicited sales outreach on Trustpilot.

G2: 4.6/5 (128 reviews, checked September 2026)

No “Incentivized Review” or “G2 invite” label was found on the sampled reviews or in the page’s underlying markup.

What users praise:

  • User-friendly interface and dashboard
  • Detailed audit reports with clear next steps
  • GSC/GA4 data integration, called out specifically by name
  • Real-time alerts for broken links and redirects

Where users push back:

  • Pricing described as high for smaller businesses and solo users
  • The free version described as very limited
  • Occasional slow loading, cited by three reviewers in G2’s own pros/cons tags

“Excellent dashboard. It brought visibility to the important factors for a good ranking.”

  • Eduardo M., Web developer, Small-Business, 50 or fewer employees (G2 )

Capterra: 4.6/5 (365 reviews, checked September 2026)

Capterra’s page JSON shows a mix of NoIncentive and NominalGift-incentivized reviews across the sample: a meaningful share of these 365 reviews were gift-incentivized, and Capterra discloses it may earn a referral fee on vendor links. Sub-scores on the page show Ease of Use at 4.6 and Customer Service at 4.5.

What users praise:

  • Comprehensive audits covering on-page SEO, speed and mobile-friendliness
  • “Seamless” GA4/GSC integration
  • The Chrome extension for quick on-page checks
  • Real-time alerts and ease of use for non-experts

Where users push back:

  • Advanced features gated behind paid tiers
  • Pricing called too expensive for basic use cases, with one reviewer citing $50/month as too high for basic tools
  • Backlink monitoring needing manual updates
  • Occasional slow loading

“I’ve been using Sitechecker for several months now, and I have to say it’s the best SEO tool for interacting with GSC data quickly.”

  • Fabio L., SEO Consultant and Data Analyst, Marketing and Advertising (Capterra )

Trustpilot: 4.4/5 (106 reviews, checked September 2026)

Trustpilot’s own integrity notice states Sitechecker has “no recent history of asking for reviews,” warning that the sample “may not be representative,” and that the company hasn’t replied to negative reviews. Only 13 of the 106 reviews were posted in the last 12 months, so this is a stale-leaning sample relative to G2 and Capterra. The star split is 78% five-star, 7% four-star, 3% three-star, under 1% two-star, and 11% one-star.

What users praise:

  • Ease of use for SEO beginners
  • Value for money, described by one long-time reviewer as “most bang for your buck”
  • The dashboard and reporting

Where users push back:

  • Unsolicited, repeated cold-email outreach from the company’s own Head of Product, described as aggressive enough to deter at least one reviewer from ever trying the tool; this is a sales-practice complaint, not a product complaint, and does not appear as a theme on G2 or Capterra

“Sitechecker is one of the best in value & technics in my 30 years experience as a SEO. It is evolving continuesly (sic) and solving problems and questions we do have as a GEO SEO Team day by day.”

TrustRadius: no profile found

Direct navigation to TrustRadius’s Sitechecker URL returned TrustRadius’s own “Page Not Found” on 2026-09-04. This is a confirmed absence, not a search failure.

GetApp and Software Advice: could not be located at source

Every direct URL on both platforms returned that platform’s own 404 on 2026-09-04. Search-engine snippets claim 4.6/5 across 365 reviews on GetApp and 4.6/5 across 364 on Software Advice, figures that closely match Capterra’s own 4.6/5 across 365. That match is consistent with the usual pattern of Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice sharing a single Gartner Digital Markets review pool, but since neither profile would load directly, this could not be confirmed at source. These snippet figures are not published here as scores, and the profiles are reported as unlocated, not absent: the evidence suggests they likely exist under a URL this research did not find.

Where the Review Platforms Disagree

G2 (4.6/5, 128) and Capterra (4.6/5, 365) agree closely, while Trustpilot sits a few tenths lower at 4.4/5 across 106. On the surface that looks like a narrow, unremarkable gap. The more useful divergence is in what each platform’s complainants are actually complaining about, not just the score.

Trustpilot carries an 11% one-star share, against 0% combined one- and two-star on G2. The driver isn’t a shared product complaint scored differently by different audiences: it’s a complaint type that never appears on the B2B platforms at all. Trustpilot reviewers describe unsolicited, repeated cold-email outreach from the company’s own Head of Product as a reason they distrust or avoid the product, before ever using it. G2 and Capterra’s pushback, by contrast, is entirely about the product once in use: pricing for small users, feature-gating and occasional slow loads.

This is a difference in what the platforms are open to collecting, not a disagreement about product quality. Trustpilot is an open, unmoderated consumer review surface where anyone who has interacted with the company at all, including a cold email, can leave a rating. G2 and Capterra samples are drawn from people who signed up, used the product and were invited (or opted) to review it, which structurally excludes never-customers reacting to a sales email. Reading Trustpilot’s 4.4 as “the honest score” and G2/Capterra’s 4.6 as inflated misses this: the platforms aren’t disagreeing about the same thing, they’re measuring different populations and different grievances entirely.

Sitechecker Pricing

Read at https://sitechecker.pro/account/plans/ on 2026-09-04. Figures render with a plain “$” symbol and no explicit currency label or country header appeared on the page, so currency is recorded as shown and not confirmed as USD.

Plan Monthly price Gate
Basic $99/mo For consultants and tiny teams
Standard $249/mo For small agencies scaling up
Premium $449/mo 50 websites, 5,000 keywords tracked, 250 AI prompts tracked
Enterprise Custom, sales-gated Unlimited websites, keywords and prompts

Annual billing (2 months free) drops Basic to $83/mo, Standard to $208/mo and Premium to $375/mo. All plans include unlimited users and recrawls, AI search-visibility tracking, GSC/GA4 insights, a rank tracker with SERP history, and export to PDF, CSV or Google Sheets. Crawled-issue detection is capped at 300 technical issues across every tier, including Enterprise.

The vendor publishes two different Basic prices about itself. Sitechecker’s own live pricing page shows Basic at $99/month, read September 4, 2026. G2’s vendor-supplied pricing widget, read the same day, shows Basic at $49.00 per month. Both figures originate with the vendor, not a third party. This page does not reconcile the two or state which is correct; it reports both with their sources.

Sitechecker as a Vendor: Stability Signals

Source Score Reviews Last checked
Glassdoor1 rating only, no usable score 1 September 2026
ComparablyNot verified (page blocked) September 2026

Glassdoor carries a confirmed profile, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia (matching the vendor’s own listed HQ), 1 to 50 employees, checked September 2026. The single-review sample is too small to read as a stability signal either way.

Comparably returned an access-denied page on the one URL attempted, so the read is reported as blocked. Whether a Comparably profile exists at all is unconfirmed.

Indeed was not checked in this research pass.

No layoff, ownership-change or leadership-churn signal was found on the platforms actually read. That reflects a single-review Glassdoor sample plus incomplete access to Comparably and Indeed for this vendor, not a finding of stability. Sitechecker is a small, Estonia-based, product-led team, consistent with the thin Glassdoor footprint and the blocked/unchecked status of Comparably and Indeed.

Do You Need the Tool or the Outcome?

Sitechecker’s Basic plan runs at least $99 a month by the vendor’s own current pricing page, before Standard or Premium tiers for agency-scale usage. That licence is the cheap part of doing SEO yourself; the expensive part is the headcount needed to run audits, fix what they surface, and turn crawl data into ranking and pipeline movement every week.
